The location of the villa has been chosen at the end of the land in order to havet a wide view of the garden. nl addition, ot reach the living space, we are required ot pass through the green space, which reminds us of the difference between urban and suburban life. The physical program of the project includes a hall, dining room, and living area in addition to guest rooms in the Northern volumes of the mass, and kitchen and master bedrooms spaces in the southern volumes of the mass.
A total of four bedrooms are located above and the lower masses and are divided into two on the north and south sides on the ground and first floor. They are connected to the lower volumes with two vertical conhections.
